I really enjoy visiting with our patients, catching up with them and their families. It’s a good feeling to see their familiar faces around the community and in our office! I work at the front desk, handling a range of duties, including insurance and charting, and making sure patients have stress-free visits. I love working in a positive, supportive office where we get along so well and work hard to keep our patients smiling.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my grandchildren and try to attend all of their activities. I also enjoy working with our Young Life groups at local Junior High and High School campuses.
I really enjoy interactions with our patients, hearing their latest news and learning what’s happening with their families. I’ve known many of our patients for years and they feel like part of my family! As our office manager, I ensure we’re organized and prepared to serve our patients, and I oversee insurance, billing, and financials. I cannot imagine working for a better dental practice and am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such caring people.
My family is my passion. I love spending time with my husband Paul, my daughter Lindsay and her husband Andrew, and my son Chad and his wife Hayley. I have a cute little dog, Tucker, and am looking forward to becoming a first-time grandmother later this year!
Registered Dental Assistant
I am happy to be part of a great team that helps restore people’s smiles and confidence. My goal is to provide a comfortable experience and offer each patient the information and tools needed to maintain a healthy smile. I assist Dr. Arndt with a variety of dental procedures. I also help with pediatric dental cleanings, take X-rays, and sterilize our equipment. I love working with Dr. Arndt and the team because we all work together to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
On my days off, I enjoy working around my house. That can involve gardening and home improvements, as well as time with Phillip, my fiancé, and our two dogs, Tyson and Zeeda.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy working closely with patients, helping each achieve and maintain a healthy smile. As a hygienist, I offer preventive and maintenance care, including thorough and gentle dental cleanings. While working with my patient, I talk about their oral health concerns and what steps they can take to keep their smile in great shape. I really enjoy the team aspect of providing health care and the underlying family perspective in Dr. Arndt’s office.
Front Office Staff
I like getting to know our patients on a personal level and am happy when I’m able to resolve any concerns a patient or their family might have. Working in our front office, I help schedule visits, answer the phones, and assist with insurance and billing matters. We have a positive working environment and everyone here has a really upbeat attitude, too. We do everything possible to keep our patients smiling!
In addition to working here, I’m currently in school, studying for a degree in physical therapy. Family is very important to me and I spend as much time as I can with mine. I’m also involved at my church, through the high school ministry and mentoring young women. When I have free time, I love being outside, especially playing volleyball and going to the lake in the summer.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am happy that my job allows me to provide a valuable healthcare service while establishing a trusting relationship with patients. When a person develops stronger oral and overall health, as a result of the care and information I’ve provided during a visit, I am at my happiest. I enjoy working with Dr. Arndt and the team as we all pull together to provide patients with quality dental care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, Jordan, and our golden retriever, Indy. My weekends usually involve hanging out with family and friends. I also like going to concerts, movies, and Cayucos Beach.
Registered Dental Assistant
I like how every day, every procedure, and every patient is different: I’m never bored! There’s satisfaction in knowing I am able to comfort and encourage patients and that if someone is anxious or nervous, I can help them feel safe. I assist Dr. Arndt during procedures, helping him chairside while supporting our patient. I am glad to work with Dr. Arndt: he’s awesome and cares about his patients and staff!
I enjoy welcoming patients, hearing about their families, and keeping up with changes in their lives. I also enjoy serving our practice staff, so they’re best positioned to exceed patients’ expectations. Working in the front office, I handle a range of tasks along with PR. We’re a family at this office; most of the employees have worked with us for many years!
When not working, I cherish time with my family! Date nights with my husband, even if it’s just a trip to the grocery store or Costco, are enjoyed. Adventures with our three kids include, but are not limited to: soccer games, volleyball games, golf tournaments, and fun family hikes. We also serve at our church and with Hume Lake Christian Camps. We have a small petting zoo on our property, with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, tortoises, and our lovely llama, Eloise.
Front Office and Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy the people I work with and the people we care for: the office feels like a warm, caring family. I help in the front office area with customer service, scheduling, billing, and whatever else needs doing. Dr. Arndt is one of the most laidback doctors I’ve ever worked for (I’ve worked for many in my more than 30 years in the field!). I love the exceptional work and care he provides our patients. He, and our team, make this a wonderful office!
I’ve been married for more than 30 years. I have two grown sons and a little white dog, Sammie. I enjoy helping out at the Frappe House, as a barista. The Frappe House is a non-profit coffee shop in Fresno. It’s a fun place and serves great coffee!
